Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your Lumio-Tek data.

This page explains how users, customers, and website visitors can ask Lumio-Tek to delete personal data we control. It also explains where deletion may be limited by law, security, backups, contracts, or customer-controller instructions.

Request deletion

Email sales@lumiotek.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include enough information for us to find the relevant account, organisation, social login, integration, or enquiry.

You can also write to Lumio-Tek Limited at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

Deletion process

Step 1

Send a deletion request

Email Lumio-Tek with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address, organisation name, workspace, social login, or enquiry details connected to the data you want deleted.

Step 2

We verify the requester

Before deleting data, we may ask for reasonable proof that you are the account holder, authorised organisation administrator, or person connected to the enquiry.

Step 3

We identify controlled data

We review account records, support messages, website enquiries, platform user profiles, integration metadata, audit records, and other personal data that Lumio-Tek controls.

Step 4

We delete or anonymise eligible records

Where deletion is available, we remove or anonymise personal data from active systems and instruct relevant subprocessors to delete eligible data where they process it for Lumio-Tek.

Step 5

We confirm completion or explain limits

We confirm the outcome when the request has been handled. If some records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, dispute, or contractual reasons, we explain that limitation.

Data this can cover

A deletion request may cover personal data that Lumio-Tek controls, including:

  • public website enquiries and contact-form submissions
  • sales, demo, support, and onboarding communications
  • Growth OS account profile and organisation membership records
  • authentication identifiers and connected-account metadata
  • uploaded content, project records, tasks, notes, and workflow data controlled by Lumio-Tek
  • marketing preferences and consent records, where applicable

Limits and retained records

Some information may not be deleted immediately, or may be retained in restricted form, where Lumio-Tek has a lawful reason to keep it. Common examples include:

  • security, abuse-prevention, and audit logs may be retained for a limited period where needed to protect the service
  • billing, tax, accounting, and contract records may be retained where legally required
  • backup copies may expire on a separate backup rotation schedule
  • data processed on behalf of a Lumio-Tek customer may require instruction from that customer as the data controller

Where Lumio-Tek acts as a processor for a customer, we will handle deletion under that customer’s documented instructions or direct you to the customer if they are responsible for deciding whether the data should be deleted.

After deletion

Once eligible records are deleted or anonymised, the affected account, workflow, or connected integration may stop working. You may need to recreate an account or reconnect integrations if you later choose to use Lumio-Tek again.
